Testimonials

Empire State Properties sold my Condo on the Upper East side for full ask in a difficult market. They were by my side every step of the way. From setting the price , to marketing , right thru to the closing they anticipated any road blocks and came up with creative ways to get me the best price.  Empire is truly the real estate insider's broker.  I have been investing in NYC real estate for more then 25 years and I can tell you many, many of my friends who spent their lives in NYC  have used Empire with the same great results. This firm is one of the best kept secrets in NY Real Estate.
