As a pioneer in extended stay furnished properties, Suzanne has been featured in The NY Times, Dan’s Paper, Crains and other Manhattan real estate periodicals. Dennis joins the Empire State Properties team after serving as the Regional General Manager in the Northeast for Marriott ExecuStay. Having been in this role for Marriott for the past 6 years, Dennis has tremendous experience working with larger corporations and their needs for extended stay housing. Prior to coming to New York he served in a similar role for Marriott in the San Francisco market. Dennis has a background and MBA in finance, and has served in higher management roles for the past 18 years. In his role as General Manager, Dennis combines strong communication skills and quantitative analysis to provide clear and creative solutions to business challenges.
