History

President Suzanne Miller pioneered the furnished rental concept at Executive Plaza in 1985. As demand for short-tem furnished rentals grew, Suzanne founded Empire State Properties (ESP) in 1991 as a boutique brokerage and management firm specializing in sales and short-term furnished rentals.

With an exclusive—and newly expanded—office in the Executive Plaza building, ESP brokers are at the forefront of the rental housing market with unsurpassed knowledge and invaluable experience. The company has since grown into New York’s leading provider of luxury corporate housing and relocation services with both furnished and unfurnished apartments.
